**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Salvus Hotels in Rishikesh, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through effective sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads provided on a daily basis into confirmed bookings. You will be the key point of contact for handling queries from both travel agents and direct customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert daily leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and effective sales techniques.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to potential guests, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality service and resolving customer concerns.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, provide additional information, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with a confident and articulate phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Familiarity with hospitality booking systems and processes is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Most of the work will be conducted over the phone, with occasional in-person interactions.
- Regular collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate business needs.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
