**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Office Administration**:

- Oversee daily administrative operations in the factory.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure seamless functioning.

**2. Staff Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate support staff, including clerks, cleaners, and security personnel.
- Maintain attendance records and assist in scheduling shifts for factory staff.
- Act as a point of contact between factory staff and management for administrative issues.

**3. Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of factory operations, including employee files, production data, and vendor contracts.
- Prepare and submit administrative reports, including expense reports and operational summaries.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

**4. Compliance and Legal Requirements**:

- Ensure that the factory complies with local laws and regulations, including labor laws and safety standards.
- Assist in obtaining and renewing necessary permits and licenses for factory operations.
- Maintain health and safety records in coordination with the safety officer.

**5. Vendor and Supplier Management**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement of office and factory supplies.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

**6. Facility Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance of factory infrastructure, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Arrange for repairs and maintenance of office equipment and machinery as needed.
- Monitor utility usage and manage related expenses.

**7. Support for Factory Operations**:

- Assist the production and logistics teams with administrative support, such as maintaining production schedules or inventory records.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between factory departments.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to factories.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
