Customer Advocacy PES & NaaS Expert
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**What you’ll do**:
- Actively consult with customer on Proactive Network Services
- Analyze, design and ideate for scaling Proactive Services and associated IC's
- Actively look to streamline and automate proactive services
- Creating customer requirement document and business outcome plan
- Optimisation: Working on continuous improvement of network operations, uptime and security conformance.
- Ability to multitask and work independently when required, with little supervision or direction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface to senior levels of the customer organisation
- Formulate action plans (technical and operational) for analysing and resolving reported issues.
- Simulate customer designs in lab.
- Participate in solution development and publications for knowledge base.
- Work effectively in a team environment including Aruba and Customer colleagues; QA, engineers, and field organisations.
- Required to travel to customer sites for consulting, training purposes, business reviews.
- Provide Quarterly Customer Review meetings, providing technical status and recommendations.

- Routing and Switching Consulting Expert
- Track record of Network Automation, Tooling and Proactive Services
- Developing and inculcating deliver best practices
- Using and evaluating appropriate engineering design tools and software packages to design components and solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Conducting reviews of material specifications and hardware, software, and electrical component design.
- Evaluating forms of empirical analysis, modelling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
**What you need to bring**:
- Minimum 8-12 years experience as a customer-facing Network Consultant driving al aspects of Network Services including design / implementation and proactive services
- Bachelors degree in Computers, EEE or ECE
