**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Actively manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Convert leads and follow up on technical queries, resolution, negotiation, and order closing.
- Set and achieve monthly sales quotas through closing sales.
- Close weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales as per targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers and share it with internal teams to improve services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in IT sales, specifically in web development, app development, software development, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and ability to design solutions based on client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
