**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure smooth domestic dispatches
- Placement planning in line with Material availability to avoid detention of vehicles.
- Co-ordinating with BG HO, RO, Site Logistics, Security & Lab to effect smooth dispatches.

Timely indenting and follow up with carriers for prompt placements
- Co-ordinating with carriers for faster placements, Site Logistics & Security for faster loading / release of the vehicles. Taking necessary steps for improvisation in the cycle time as per guidelines given by concerned agencies.
- Co-ordinating with Business & Regional Offices for prompt unloading and release of vehicles to enable faster turnaround for small distance dedicated routes.
- Trouble shooting for trucks held up by effective co-ordination with concerned agencies to enable faster loading of vehicles.

Timely interaction with Regional offices for getting the trucks unloaded at customer#s end.
- To check load worthy vehicles for loading and ensure safe delivery of material within specified time frame.
- Regularly educating the carriers on Safety Compliance requirements within the complex.
- Encourage use of B2B for viewing indents.

Keep track of vehicle accidents, break downs and transit delays by close interaction with the carriers.
- Educating the carriers in placing Quality vehicles by ensuring adequacy and standardized tarpaulins and ropes, right truck dimension to control transit claims.

- Necessary:Graduate
- Desirable:Dip SCM
