We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities. Responsible for **Leading Campus Hiring** for Pan India

**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to travel to all campus locations as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Some weekends and evenings are required.
- Partnering with the Strategic Market Units, Business units, Corporate Functions to drive requirements’ fulfilment
- Responsible for market intelligence and market mapping within the scope of work.
- Jointly responsible for innovation & process excellence oversight with the team.
- Creating and managing hiring strategies, channels, timelines and deliverables for summer internship and Premier hiring program across Tie 2 & Tier 1 schools in India
- Program - manage the engagements to drive brand value proposition at campus and create talent pipelines to attract exceptional talent to Softline via case study challenges, leadership talks, participation at campus events, live projects and internships
- Leverage innovative and social networking techniques to strengthen the Softline brand both online and at campuses
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
- Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
- Design and place print ads on college campuses
- Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
- Partner with the L&D and HR COE teams to deliver a top notch summer internship experience
- Anchor on-boarding and corporate induction; background verification, compensation fitment and offers via HRMS system

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role
- Must have experience in managing Campus Hiring teams across location.
- Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Familiarity with social media sourcing
- Good networking abilities
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- An understanding and experience in coordinating on-campus recruiting events, liaising with Career Centres, Student Clubs and Associations.
