**Job Title**: Tendering Executive

We are committed to delivering excellence and innovation in our field. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
The Tendering Executive is responsible for managing the entire tender process, from the initial identification of tender opportunities to the submission of final proposals. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting high-quality bids on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Tender Identification and Analysis:

- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities relevant to the company’s business.
- Analyse tender documents to understand the requirements and determine feasibility.

Tender Preparation and Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, technical, and sales) to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions, including technical, commercial, and financial proposals.
- Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with client requirements and company standards.

Documentation and Submission:

- Compile all necessary documentation and ensure it is complete, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Submit tender documents within specified deadlines.

Communication and Follow-up:

- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and respond to any queries regarding submitted tenders.
- Follow up on submitted tenders to track progress and obtain feedback.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

- Maintain a database of all tender submissions, including outcomes and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on tender activities and success rates to management.

Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure all tender processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the tender process.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and submitting tenders.

**Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of tendering processes and legal requirements.
