**Job Summary**:As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and lasting first impression while efficiently managing various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Welcoming**: Warmly greet visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
- **Answering and Directing Calls**: Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take messages when necessary.
- **Reception Area Management**: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
- **Visitor Sign-In**: Ensure all visitors sign in, follow security protocols, and are issued visitor badges as needed.
- **Mail and Package Handling**: Receive and distribute mail and packages, and manage courier and shipping services.
- **Scheduling and Appointments**: Schedule appointments and meetings, and assist in coordinating conference rooms for various functions.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep records of visitors, calls, and other relevant information for reference and security purposes.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address basic inquiries and issues, redirecting more complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure effective communication and smooth office operations.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and office equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office, multi-line phone systems).
- Professional demeanor, courteous attitude, and a neat appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of basic office management practices.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
