- Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of DD&IT India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In DD&IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.**The Position**
- As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding the team towards improving the way they work and delivering high-quality products. You will facilitate SAFe Agile events, coach the team on Agile principles and practices, and remove impediments that may be hindering team progress. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
- Facilitate SAFe Agile events (daily stand-ups, iteration planning, iteration review, iteration retrospective, and program increment planning) and ensure the team is following the SAFe Agile framework.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, and help the team self-organize and improve the way they work.
- Remove impediments that are blocking the team from making progress towards their iteration and program increment goals.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to help prioritize the Program Backlog and ensure the team is delivering value to the customer.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help the team identify areas for improvement; facilitate communication and collaboration between the teams and other departments.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant field with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including the SAFe Agile framework.
- Experience working in a cloud-based Data & Analytics platform (AWS, Snowflake, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge on Cross functional collaboration amongst Sales, Marketing, Medical and Market Access is preferred.
- Prior working experience on data quality, data analytics and reporting are given additional consideration.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Azure DevOps or equivalent certification is plus.**Working at Novo Nordisk**
