MNI is a software development company in Bangalore working exclusively for the Dutch based Nimblicity group. We are a growing team of about 25 enthusiastic developers and supportive staff working on projects for mainly European based clients. Full Time or Freelancer

2-6 years of overall experience in software development with exposure to the entire SDLC
- Certified Scrum Master with around 3+ of practical experience as a Scrum Master/Agile coach in SW development teams with strong know-how of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming (XP),SAFe,Nexus,LeSSetc)

MUST Have Strong expertise on JIRA and confluence
- Ensuring that development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
- Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes.
- Facilitating meetings and decision-making processes
- Eliminating team impediments
- Overseeing the Scrum and development team
- Acting as a buffer between the Scrum team and product owner
- Maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution
- Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology
- Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development.
- The Scrum Master coaches the team on agile principles and practices.
- The Scrum Master is an advocate for the team and assists the team with continuous improvement to achieve greater effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- The Scrum Master is skilled in working with complex situations involving multiple teams, work across functional areas, and coaching executive leaders.
- The Scrum Master has knowledge of how to scale agile and can help the team and leadership adopt these practices.
- The Scrum Master can provide mentoring to other Scrum Masters and will take an active role in team development.
- The Scrum Master should exhibit strong leadership skills; will be forward thinking, self-motivated, and able to join a diverse, highly talented team, continuously striving for excellence.
- **Position Responsibilities**:
Scrum Scaling and Coaching SupportIs knowledgeable in scaling agile and can assist large complex platforms and products in adopting agile principles and practices.Is a teacher, coach, mentor, facilitator, and change agent.
- Demonstrates an ability to influence agility with those interacting with the Agile team, including direct management. Mentors other Scrum Masters.
Scrum Team Support:

- Is knowledgeable in scaling agile and can assist large complex platforms and products in adopting agile principles and practices.
Is a teacher, coach, mentor, facilitator, and change agent.
- Demonstrates an ability to influence agility with those interacting with the Agile team, including direct management.
Guides the Scrum Team's focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Removes impediments to the Scrum Team's progress. Ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Shields the team from external influences.
- Guides the team on how to use agile values, agile principles, and agile framework practices to delight customers and contribute towards building a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, courage, transparency, and agility.
