**Job Profile**:

- Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.
- Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination, coordination with internal team and maintaining time sheets, etc.
- Generate, Interact and Develop vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis.
- Its similar to a bench sales role but it’s does not have rigid targets,
- You would be directly coordinating with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors
- **You would be marketing our existing fulltime resources who are all GCs, And USA citizens who are on our direct payroll, these are all our full time employees ,**

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, convincing and closing skills
- Excellent time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
- Strong logical & technical problem solving skills.
- Should have strong exposure to Telemarketing/ Sales, must be comfortable with the same
- Must be a good team player and result driven
- Willingness to learn new things
- **Command for Pre-Sales and Marketing and Sales Pitch**
- Understanding towards US Culture
- Engage in superior service by making information readily available to Client or any Internal Team
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure
- Researches client base to find new Clients and Pitch them accordingly
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
- Setting up meetings with potential clients
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

**Qualifications**

Minimum 60% throughout in 10th, 12th and Graduation

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
