Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing and sales, with a proven track record of placing consultants on projects and maintaining a robust bench of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and qualify candidates to build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals on bench status.
* Develop and maintain relationships with consultants on the bench to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
* Actively market bench candidates to clients and secure project placements for them.
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants.
* Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to identify project opportunities and align bench candidates with client needs.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to consultants on the bench throughout the project lifecycle.
* Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to inform sourcing and sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, submissions, and placements in the company's ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Qualifications:
* Should have 3+ years of experience as US IT Bench Sales Recruiter.
* Proven experience in IT bench sales/recruitment within the US staffing industry.
* Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
