RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- The ability to listen well in order to understand others allows you to respond to your customers' needs, wants, and concerns.
- You must be able to provide concise information about the products you're selling.
- You must be able to understand non-verbal cues as well as negotiate with and persuade your customers
- The ability to weigh all your options and choose the best one is essential when you have to make a decision or solve a problem
- You must respond appropriately to your customers' questions, concerns, and complaints.
- One year Experience (Minimum)
- High school
Language: English, Tamil, Malayalam and Telegu
