Responsible to maintain the warehouse as per current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Responsible to follow Good Documentation Practices and follow up for its correctness.
- Verification of incoming materials in terms of its integrity, labeling and correctness.
- Stock verification and reconciliation.
- Posting of ‘Goods Receipt Note’ and ‘Service Entry’ in SAP
- Ensure proper cleaning activities carried out as per schedule / SOPs.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment during material handling.
- Handling of waste in line with EHS SOPs.
- To handle rejected / expired / obsolete stocks as per SOPs.
- Proper documentation control like filing, archival.
- To handle general consumables and its documentation
- To generate material write-off request

Any other responsibilities/jobs assigned by company.
