We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team on a paid internship basis. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our IT services, web design and development, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and verticals for business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to effectively promote our services.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. B. Com in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.A in Any Specialization can also apply
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales/direct sales/Tele sales required,
- Having experience in IT Services / Web design Development / Digital Marketing Industry will be beneficial.
- Strong passion for sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, web design and development, e-commerce, and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office will be helpful.
- Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
- Lead generation & proactive follow-ups on leads, convincing and conversion.
- Minimum 02 to 03 appointments with clients on daily basis.
