Job Description: Customer Support Agent (Work from Home) - Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada Speaker

Position: Customer Support Agent

Location: Work from Home

Languages Required: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, payment processing, and account management.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and improve overall service quality.
- Work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher
Part-time hours: 9 per week

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
