Location: Goa, India
We are online aggregator travel and event Management Company based in the vibrant state of Goa, India. Our mission is to curate unforgettable travel experiences for visitors to Goa, showcasing the region's rich cultural heritage, scenic beauty, and adventurous spirit. We specialize in crafting bespoke itineraries and organizing memorable events, ensuring that every traveler's journey exceeds expectations.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual travelers to drive sales and bookings.
- Create customized travel packages and itineraries tailored to the preferences and interests of our clients, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options.
- Coordinate with local vendors, hotels, tour guides, and transportation services to secure bookings and ensure the smooth execution of travel plans.
- Oversee event operations, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics, to deliver exceptional experiences for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions.
- Provide on-the-ground support and assistance to clients throughout their stay in Goa, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, attractions, and activities in Goa to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- (optional)Any graduate fresher or experienced /Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in travel sales, event management, or hospitality industry, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms.
- Knowledge of Goa's tourism industry, including popular attractions, cultural festivals, adventure sports, and culinary experiences, is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by client demands and event schedules.

Pay: ₹11,827.95 - ₹28,706.74 per month
