**Job Summary**:
As a Billing & Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the billing process and assisting with store operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing, maintaining inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
**Billing Management**:
Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify billing data to ensure correctness.

Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

Resolve billing discrepancies and issues efficiently.

Maintain billing records and documentation.

**Store Operations Assistance**:
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure adequate stock availability.

Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.

Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and purchases.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Assist with the preparation of sales reports and other documentation as needed.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience in billing, store operations, or customer service role.

Proficient in using billing software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Excellent numerical and data entry skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous 3 years experience will get preference.

Familiarity with inventory management software.
