We are urgently looking for Executive Admin for one renowned leather products manufacturing company in India.
Position : Executive Stores
Job Location : Serampore, (West Bengal)
Education & Experience : Any Graduate with 7-8 yrs exp in Admin and Facilities pref from manufacturing industry.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing schedules: Setting and managing the schedules of executives, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing documents: Creating and editing documents like memos, invoices, and expense reports
- Organizing files: Maintaining physical and electronic files, records, and databases
- Managing office supplies: Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Handling communications: Managing mail, fax communications, and videoconferencing
- Supporting executives: Assisting with research projects and other administrative tasks
- Managing projects: Tracking progress and ensuring projects are executed successfully
- Recommending process improvements: Recommending process improvements and implementing changes
- Maintaining office equipment: Ensuring office equipment is maintained and that amenities are provided for staff
- Screening visitors: Screening visitors to control interruptions and arranging amenities as needed
- Making travel arrangements: Making travel arrangements for employees by coordinating with travel agents
