Field Sales Executive

Position Overview: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by actively engaging with potential and existing customers. You will be expected to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver solutions to meet those needs. Your role will involve both prospecting new business and managing existing accounts, as well as meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Regularly visit customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure repeat business. Offer tailored solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
Sales Presentations Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present product offerings, conduct demonstrations, and explain how solutions can meet their business needs of pricing and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining profit margins.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities and Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, opportunities, and customer feedback.
Provide sales forecasts and work with the sales manager to develop action plans to meet targets.
Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, staying current with product updates and market trends. Stay informed about competitors’ products and strategies to effectively position the company’s offerings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to share feedback from customers, identify sales opportunities, and ensure smooth post-sale service delivery. Collaborate with the sales support team to prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation.
Territory Management: Manage your sales territory efficiently, including planning daily routes and scheduling appointments to maximize productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: 12+
Experience: 0-3 years of field sales experience in a similar industry
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and offer effective solutions
Travel: must have a Vehicle to travel within your assigned area and occasionally for regional or national meetings. Working Conditions: Field-based role, requiring regular travel to meet with clients.
