Who we’re looking for:
Job Title - Content Strategist

Job Overview:
As a Snapchat Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative content strategies on Snapchat to engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive user engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling, platform-specific content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation and Management:

- Develop and execute a content calendar specifically for Snapchat.
- Create engaging and innovative content tailored to Snapchat’s unique features, including Stories, Filters, and Snap Ads.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, making adjustments to strategy as needed.

Audience Engagement:

- Interact with followers and engage in conversations to foster community growth.
- Implement strategies to increase follower count and content engagement.

Brand Alignment:

- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, style, and ethos.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Use Snapchat analytics tools to track engagement metrics and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Market Research:

- Stay up-to-date with Snapchat trends, features, and best practices.
- Analyze competitor strategies on Snapchat to identify opportunities.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative team members to produce high-quality content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align Snapchat strategies with broader campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on Snapchat.
- Strong understanding of Snapchat’s features and audience demographics.
- Experience with content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
- Proficient in using Snapchat analytics and other social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
