**Boeing India** is currently looking for an **Experienced Scrum Master** **to join their team in **Chennai, TN**.** These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization.

Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.
- Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Understanding product planning in an empirical environment.
- Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
- Understanding and practicing agility.
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
- Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Helping the Development Team to create high-value products.
- Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress.
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
- Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.
- Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.
- Planning Scrum implementations within the organization.
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
- Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
- Raise any impediments/risks (technical/operational/personal) they come across and approaches Technical Architect/PO accordingly to arrive at a solution
- Ensures change requests are treated correctly and tracked in the system, impact analysis done and risks/timelines are appropriately communicated
- Executes Boeing Transformation Objectives including Product-Centric Software Engineering, Cloud migration, Agile operation, DevOps, Automation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- Technical Bachelor's degree or Master degree in IT field or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in Software development in a highly regulated industry
- At least 5 years of experience working and executing with software development design patterns, methodology and life cycle as Scrum Master
- Experience and proficiency in JIRA, ADO, GitLab
- Hands-on experience run Scrum Ceremonies, capture impediments and work with management/team to get to a closure
- Experience operating in an Agile development environment.
