Business Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer and Vendor Communication**:
- Communicate with customers and vendors to understand their requirements for custom jerseys and other sportswear products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
**2. Design Creation and Approval**:
- Collaborate with customers to create designs that meet their specifications and preferences.
- Present design concepts to customers and vendors for approval.
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
**3. Order Management**:
- Generate and manage invoices for orders.
- Coordinate the order processing workflow from initial request to final delivery.
- Ensure all order details are accurately documented and communicated to relevant departments.
**4. Production and Delivery Follow-Up**:
- Monitor the production status of orders to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
- Confirm delivery dates and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
**5. Payment and Dispatch**:
- Confirm payment details with customers and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Oversee the dispatch of products, ensuring they are packaged securely and delivered as per the customer's requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
