Job Overview:
As an Outbound Call Center Executive specializing in trucking insurance lead generation, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients within the trucking industry. Your primary goal is to identify and qualify leads for trucking insurance services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the trucking industry, and the ability to navigate conversations to gather relevant information.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the trucking industry to generate interest in insurance services.
- Utilize a script to introduce insurance products and highlight key features to capture the prospect's attention.
- **Qualification**:

- Gather and verify key information such as company size, types of trucks, cargo, and current insurance coverage.
- Identify decision-makers and assess their insurance needs to determine the potential for a partnership.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the various insurance products offered for the trucking industry.
- Provide accurate information and address queries regarding insurance coverage options.
- **Database Management**:

- Update and maintain a comprehensive database with accurate and up-to-date information on potential leads.
- Document conversations, client details, and any specific requirements to facilitate the sales process.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the insurance products and tailor the message to address specific client needs.
- Handle objections professionally and provide additional information to overcome hesitations.
- **Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule appointments for interested prospects to connect with the sales team for a detailed discussion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Provide regular reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of sensitive client information.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry and insurance products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,114.81 per month
