**What we expect from you**:

- Collaborate closely with the department heads to develop and execute the company’s strategic roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to processes and procedures
- Lead and/or support key projects within the department, from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with departments like Business Development, Product, Marketing, Quality, Customer Experience, etc. to align efforts and achieve shared goals
- Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify improvement areas, and drive accountability
- Manage departmental resources, including budget, staffing, and technology, to optimize efficiency and maximize impact
- Act as a liaison between the department head and internal/external stakeholders, representing departmental interests and fostering relationships

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in business, management, economics, or finance-related fields
- Start-up or Consulting experience of 3-5 years across strategic initiatives, driving growth, project management, sales, business development, etc
- Experience in working with senior leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong sense of ownership and truly care about projects that are entrusted to you
- Excellent time management skills and solution-oriented mindset which allow you to excel at managing several projects simultaneously
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt to a fast & dynamic mindset
- Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
