PO creation and timely PO acknowledgement & follow up with suppliers.
Manage open POs through confirmations for deliveries, updating ERPs and managing orders till delivery.
Meeting the SLAs as defined.
Creating and timely upgrading the SOPs and other related documents, meeting QMS requirements.
Able to co-ordinate and collaborate with multiple functions of SCM.
Day to day communication with various stakeholders like Site Buyers,SCM Manager,Suppliers with timely actions and resolutions.
Working Knowledge of ERP - SAP/Oracle/Mapics
Closely working on KPI - PR to PO, MRBR, Past Due.
Automation skills - Excell VBA, PowerBi, Power query (Knowledge on Python will be an added advantage)
Negotiation skill to expedite the part and good relationship with vendor.
Sound knowledge of End to End P2P cycle, Product Costing & Manufacturing Processes, new part addition or modification in system.
Should be able to initiate and execute projects to achieve Cost Out/Saving, Productivity Targets
Monitoring suppliers for capacity issues & long-term planning based on forecasts.
Responsible for Driving key Projects for Process standardization, Continuous improvement mindset.
Process Trainings for new team members

**Qualifications**:
Education level required - Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent/ Post Graduate in any stream

Years and area of experience required - 4 - 6 yrs experience/ 3-4 years of experience for MBA
