Purpose:
Sales Administrative Executive will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. He / She should be goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Main duties include preparing regular reports from various sales portals.
Qualification: Any Graduate or Degree / Diploma in Marketing stream will be preferred
Experience: 2 - 3 Yrs. related to Sales Administration
Principle Responsibilities:
- Calling potential buyers for sales via buy leads & direct enquiries received from various portals like Indiamart, Trade India etc.
- Managing company profile, product display etc on various B2B portals.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings. take notes & write minutes for meetings.
- Manage work schedules calendars and appointments

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
