**Job Title**: HR Payroll and ESI PF executive
**Location**: Bangalore
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
The Payroll and ESI PF executive is responsible for working core **Payroll work, ESI and PF **Government **Portal work as well as HR all executive level work**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll work and ESI ,PF Portal work Experience SaralApp**:
- **Employee Engagement & Relations**:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and act as a point of contact for conflict resolution and mediation.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
- **Performance Management**:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely reviews, feedback sessions, and alignment with organizational goals.
- **Training & Development**:
- Identify skill gaps and work with management to design training programs that enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
- Coordinate and monitor onboarding and training programs to ensure effective employee integration.
- **HR Analytics & Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and recruitment status, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1 year in **Payroll work and ESI ,PF Portal work Experience SaralApp**:
- Proven knowledge of HR functions, policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR analytics tools is an advantage.
