**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Document sourcing strategies in a collaborative manner with business stakeholders where applicable and appropriate
- Develop and facilitate competitive bidding events and analyze results towards a professional recommendation for Client consideration using objective criteria
- Establish and maintain rapport with key suppliers and Client stakeholders for in scope spend
- Perform periodic analysis of category spend and to identify savings and efficiencies
- Promote process improvements, including a focus on automated channels where applicable
- identify potential suppliers to address requirements that are not fulfilled by preferred suppliers
- Present recommendations to optimize supply base to reduce tail spend and enhance leverage
- Proactively make recommendations to Client stakeholders to improve value, ROI or maturity
- Resource is required to be assertive, proactive, self-driven and customer service oriented
- Manage sourcing projects independently and understand when to collaborate with internal and Client leadership to clear roadblocks towards achieving success.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5 -10 years of experience in running Facilities sourcing projects independently in APAC region
- Deep knowledge of Facilities, MRO and construction categories in Asia Pacific
- Proven experience in managing sourcing teams throughout sourcing lifecycle
- Comprehensive commercial procurement and client facing experience
- Demonstrated experience with practical and productive supplier negotiations
- Solid experience in creating and presenting content to Clients leveraging MS Office apps
- Excellent communication - written and verbal, both in English.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Deep facilities Sourcing experience in India and Singapore
- Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel - Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Proven experience with Tableau, Sievo Analytics and Ariba/Coupa platforms
- Consulting background and experience.
