**Job Overview**:

- We are looking for a self-motivated and creative Performance Marketing Manager to join our larger growth team at Amber. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer acquisition through various digital marketing channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create and optimise high-performing ads, using your excellent digital marketing skills and ability to think creatively. You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing and optimising channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels for performance marketing.
- Create and optimise high-performing ads to maximise the ROAS.
- Drive & track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CTR, etc on daily basis & prepare performance report.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedule, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations and way aheads.

**Hard skills we are looking for**
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Previous experience of running ads extensively across multiple channels - Google, Programmatic, Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Managed marketing budgets to the tune of 1cr/month or more
- Have run ads across all the funnel stages, and optimised them.
- Hands on experience on Data analytics and web analytics tools and ability to make data driven decisions.
- Have experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
