About the Role:
- Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes from a TCO perspective, validation of quotation price with Vendor- Vendor Onboarding process, correction of vendor records and management. Contribute to the maintenance of the supplier database and follow up with vendors on required documentation.- Process requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders to supplier.- Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation- Effectively communicate and efficiently resolve issues with all internal and external partners- Maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce policies and procedures- Support management reporting on Procurement KPIs,MIS activities.- Self-manage within assigned accountabilities

What You’ll Need:
- 2-7 year's experience in Procurement/Purchasing.- Requisition-to-payment process experience, expediting experience- Strong communication skills- Good negotiation skills- Highly organized and responsible.-
- Shift time Buyer : 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST
