A designated talent acquisition specialist, SPOC, or the recruiting manager.

This is an individual contributor position, with no direct reports.

Primary Job ResponsibilitiesThe ability to create compelling job postings that attract an appropriate number of the best-suited applicants.
-Advanced applicant-search abilities, using a variety of platforms - including job boards, social media, and direct connections.
Help re-enforce the company’s culture and overall company vision within the team.
-Work with management to continue personal development and the development of the recruiting team on a weekly basis.
-Contribute to the development of overall processes involved in recruiting and business development
Help source, hire, train, support and retain new recruiters and talent acquisition business development personnel
-Use intentional transparent processes to help our clients develop teams and to cultivate company culture through alignment, recruitment, assessment, screening, offering, and the measurement of outcomes.
-Help direct the use of recruiting methods including social media platforms, SEO, job ads and job boards.
-Make sure the company meets its “iDeliver” expectation for clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with the businesses we serve.

Salary

This is a commission basis. Earnings are determined by your performance with top performers expected to make 15LPA and more.

Minimum Requirements2+ years’ experience (40% non IT recruitment 60& IT Recruitment)
-MBA/BBA/BBM-HR or similar
-Sourcing knowledge in LinkedIn and other Social Media Recruitment
-The ability to network.
-Experience working with people.
-Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Fluency in Kannada
-The ability to work with a team.
-Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The desire to improve, organize and optimize methods, functions and processes and to learn new things.
