MediSim VR combines the benefits of Virtual Reality (VR) and simulation to deliver immersive learning for skill training and training for surgical tasks. A resident company of IIT-Madras and holds the merit of being the first Indian company to be a resident company of Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labs, Boston.
**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive for Medisim VR, you will drive sales and revenue growth for our virtual reality (VR) medical simulation solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging VR technology to revolutionize medical training and education.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, events, and market analysis.
- Showcase Medisim VR products through engaging and informative demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce MediSim VR products and services.
- Schedule and conduct in-person visits to clients for detailed discussions and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, demos, and client interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress and potential opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their evolving needs and
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales/SaaS field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
