**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answering customer calls and addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively closing customer complaints through technicians, housekeepers, security personnel, gardeners, and external vendors
- Maintaining customer files and records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate
- Organizing meetings with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Coordinating with the Estate Manager to ensure that customer service operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the condominium
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and using feedback to improve service quality
- Training new customer service representatives and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in residential societies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in computers and customer relationship management software
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
