Job Title: Sales Manager -CASA

Location: Mumbai Position Type: Full-Time

Role & responsibilities For Sales Manager -CASA:
- The Sales Manager for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) is responsible for leading and driving the CASA sales efforts within the organization. This role plays a critical part in acquiring new customers, increasing CASA deposits, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager for CASA will lead a team of sales professionals, formulate sales strategies, and ensure the effective execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase CASA acquisition and grow deposits. Set sales targets and goals for the CASA team and monitor progress toward achievement.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of CASA Sales Executives.

Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and offer coaching and feedback.

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Lead by example in prospecting and acquiring new CASA customers. Foster strong customer relationships to retain and grow CASA deposits. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential CASA customers.

Product Knowledge and Sales Training:
Ensure the CASA sales team is well-versed in the bank's CASA products and services.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.

Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline the CASA sales process to improve efficiency and customer experience. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for smoother operations.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all CASA sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity of customer data and documentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role, preferably in banking.

Strong knowledge of CASA products and banking industry trends. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making. Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
This role typically operates in an office environment but may require occasional travel for meetings or client visits.
