Job Title: Chef (Corporate Office)
Job Overview: As a Chef at Khana Khazana, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for creating exceptional and memorable dining experiences. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Menu Creation:
- Collaborate with Chef to design and develop innovative and unique menus that showcase culinary expertise.
- Ensure that all dishes meet the high standards set by Chef in terms of taste, presentation, and quality.
2. Food Preparation:
- Execute culinary creations in line with Chef's vision, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes to meet the highest culinary standards.
3. Ingredient Sourcing:
- Work closely with suppliers to source the finest and freshest ingredients for all dishes.
- Maintain relationships with local vendors to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
4. Kitchen Management:
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
5. Event Catering:
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute catering for special events hosted by Chef.
- Customize menus to meet the specific requirements of each event.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the culinary team, including sous chefs and line cooks, to maintain a cohesive and productive kitchen environment.
7. Quality Control:
- Conduct regular tastings to ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end or renowned culinary setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Strong creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menu requirements and event needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
