**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Client Management**:

- Handle telecalling and follow-ups with potential leads from brokers, references, social media, and online platforms.
- Pitch real estate projects to clients, address queries, and organize site visits.
- Close deals, manage documentation, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- **Broker and Channel Partner Coordination**:

- Build and maintain relationships with brokers to expand the client base.
- Act as the liaison for site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
- **Representation and Professionalism**:

- Project a professional and approachable demeanor, maintaining the company’s reputation.
- Consistently communicate with clients and brokers to ensure satisfaction.
- **Administrative and Coordination Tasks**:

- Update client data in CRM/ERP systems and generate sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with the site team, accounts team, and administration team to streamline operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles (preferred: 2-5 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.
- Professional appearance and client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
