Real Estate Sales Representative

**Full job description**:
- REAL ESTATE SALES JOB
- Continuously scan the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Evaluate potential areas for expansion or diversification within the existing verticals.
- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with other businesses, especially in industries related to construction, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, digital marketing, and education.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create mutually beneficial relationships that can lead to new revenue streams.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify areas where the company can gain a competitive advantage.
- Work closely with the product development team to create offerings that meet the needs of the target market.
- Identify gaps in the current product/service portfolio and propose new offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new clients or customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Assess and manage risks associated with new projects or expansions.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and uncertainties.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
