As a Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events, and engaging them through personalized communication to understand their requirements and introduce them to our properties. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
- Engage with potential clients through personalized communication to introduce them to our properties and services.
- Schedule property tours and follow up with clients to answer their queries and provide additional information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain a database of leads and client interactions using CRM software
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to enhance lead generation efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
