We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 0-3 years of experience in a post-sales role to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and customer success. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, recommend process improvements, and optimize post-sales operations. **Responsibilities**:
Analyze post-sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the sales team to gather business requirements and translate them into data analysis objectives.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track post-sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate customer behavior, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and drive customer retention.

Perform deep-dive analysis on customer feedback, complaints, and support tickets to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure seamless post-sales processes and enhance customer experience.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for post-sales operations and track them regularly to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Participate in customer meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide insights on maximizing the value of our products/services.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to post-sales operations and customer success.

Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience (0-3 years) in a business analyst role, preferably in a post-sales environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources as Project Coordinator.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Knowledge of CRM systems and experience working with customer data is a plus.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
