**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing correspondence, answering phones, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with facility management to ensure a clean and conducive working environment.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Prepare and distribute documents, such as memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading documents as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Input data into databases and maintain accurate records.
- Generate regular reports and assist in data analysis as required.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- **Support to Management**:

- Assist senior management with scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing presentations.
- Compile and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by management.
- **Compliance and Procedures**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and guidelines.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and technologies.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and industry-specific processes is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
