**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**:
1. Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner.
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Administrative Support**:
1. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
1. Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal meetings.
2. Communicate appointment details to the relevant parties.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (required)
