Roles and Responsibilities_**
**_Job Summary:_**
- As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and ensure smooth operations within the executive office. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and undertaking various administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them. Location would be Pune, Baner._

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- _ Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for each engagement._
- _ Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing correspondence, inquiries, and requests on behalf of the CEO._
- _ Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing, while considering time constraints and preferences._
- _ Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions, and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for smooth proceedings. Preparation of accurate Minutes of the Meeting is essential._
- _ Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including drafting and editing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, managing expenses, and handling confidential information with discretion._
- _ Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the CEO, fostering effective communication and collaboration._
- _ Project Assistance: Assist the CEO in various special projects, initiatives, and strategic initiatives as needed, conducting research, gathering data, and providing support to ensure successful outcomes._
- _ Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and liaising with other departments as necessary._

**_ Key Parameters to qualify:_**
- _ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred._
- _ Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level_
- executives._
- _ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and_
- meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment._
- _ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with_
- individuals at all levels._
- _ High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive_
- information appropriately._
- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant_
- software._
- _ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities._
- _ Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team._
- _ Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities._
