**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers, focusing on upselling products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a crucial member of our sales force, you will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct over 100 outbound sales calls daily to potential customers, providing information about our health and wellness products.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and a consultative approach.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and upsell additional items to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and differentiate them in the market.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment. Experience with upselling and retention strategies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with customers effectively.
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for health and wellness is a plus, as it will contribute to your ability to connect with customers and promote our products effectively.

**Job details**:

- Employment Type - Full-Time, Permanent
- Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Work Mode - Work From Office
- Shift Duration - 9 hours per day
- Shift Type - Rotational (based on the business requirements)
- Work Timings - Anytime between 10 AM to 10 PM
- Work Days - 6 days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
