**Job Desrciption**:

- Be a team player
- Be Disciplined and Punctual
- Good communication skills
- Handle Ordering, Billing, Provisioning, Cancellations, General and admin related queries.
- Ability and eagerness to learn different skills and knowledge within Mobility team
- Basic knowledge on Telecom Industry, Mobility, Broadband and internet.
- To ensure all the process KPIs are met for themselves and influence the team towards the same
- To act as the First level of contact for escalations raised
- To suggest process improvement ideas and implement them successfully
- To suggest and implement innovative process improvement ideas
- To collaborate with other teams and engage in cross-functional initiatives
- To identify the process training needs of the team and raise it to the Manager/trainer or arrange sessions to fill in the GAP identified in terms of process
- To effectively manage their leaves to ensure seamless operation of the process
- To act as Mentors for new joiners and existing colleagues in the team
- **Willing to work in shifts and rotational Offs**.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Handle Ordering, Billing, Provisioning: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer support-Chat: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
