Automobile Sales Executive

**Customer Interaction**:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers' requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about available cars, features, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives to showcase the vehicle's performance.
- **Sales Process**:
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from product selection to financing options.
- Effectively communicate pricing, incentives, and promotions.
- Negotiate and close deals in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction and meets sales targets.
- Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and payment options.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends.
- Be able to explain technical aspects of vehicles to customers.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the inventory and its specifications.
- **Documentation**:
- Complete and maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all paperwork related to the sale is completed efficiently and accurately.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- **Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding sales activities and challenges.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
