Ø To supervise, control and coordinate the functioning of Dialysis unit under directions of Head of Nephrology.

Ø Set up and operate dialysis machine to provide treatment for patients

Ø Attach dialyzer and tubing to machine to assemble for use.

Ø Mix dialysate, according to formula. Prime dialyzes with saline or heparinized solution to prepare machine for use.

Ø Oversee patient transportation to dialysis room and position patient so as to start treatment

Ø Record patient's pre dialysis weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiration rate.

Ø Explain dialysis procedure and operation of hemodialysis machine to patient before treatment to allay anxieties

Ø Inspect equipment settings, including pressures, conductivity (proportion of chemicals to water), and temperature to ensure conformance to safety standards.

Ø Start blood flow pump at prescribed rate. Inspect venous and arterial pressures as registered on equipment to ensure pressures are within established limits.

Ø Calculate fluid removal or replacement to be achieved during dialysis procedure.

Ø Monitor patient for adverse reaction and hemodialysis machine for malfunction.

Ø Record patient's post dialysis weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiration rate.

Ø Impart appropriate training and guidance to dialysis technicians.

Ø Follow Departmental Protocols / Procedures.

Ø Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
