Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads from tele caller or databases.

2. Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline for real estate transactions.

3. Educate clients on the current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system/Excel.

5. Arrange site visits, attend potential buyers by explaining and viewing the projects suiting their requirements and closing deals.

6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.

7. Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales pitches and strategies.

8. Provide regular feedback to the management on lead quality, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or Above.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real estate sales.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette.

5. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.

6. Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

7. Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics and Rera Regulations is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000- ₹35,000 + Sales Commission
