**Job Description**:
The CFO is a key member of the executive management team and will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's business. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization. The role will encompass a wide range of financial functions, including budgeting and cost management, cash flow management, financial reporting, fund raising and investor relations, treasury management, taxation, and corporate governance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Management and other key stakeholders to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Collaborate with Banks and Financial institutions to plan the long term /short term funding.
- Lead fund raising strategies to support growth plans, including IPO readiness for group entities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive budgets aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor and analyze budgetary performance regularly.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the company's investment portfolio. Develop treasury strategies to optimize cash reserves and hedge / manage financial risk exposure.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Implement a Robust MIS System. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights on financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Comply with all accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements. Prepare monthly, quarterly annual P&L account, Audited Balance Sheet etc.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities while adhering to relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Support the board of directors in corporate governance matters.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and potential risks.
- Develop and groom a team of professionals. Mange team for optimum productivity.
- Enable team performance, give feedback and train team for desired competencies and output.
