**Job Title: Photographer**

**Overview**:
As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing and creating visual content that aligns with the vision and objectives of the organization. Your primary duty will be to produce high-quality images that convey messages, tell stories, and evoke emotions. Whether it's for marketing campaigns, product showcases, events, or editorial content, your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in delivering compelling visual assets.

**Responsibilities**:
2. **Image Editing and Retouching**: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to edit and retouch images, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with clients, art directors, and other team members to understand project objectives, provide creative input, and ensure alignment with branding guidelines and visual identities.

4. **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and care for photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting gear, and accessories. Keep abreast of advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or new purchases as needed.

5. **Content Creation**: Generate a diverse range of visual content, including but not limited to portraits, landscapes, product shots, event coverage, and conceptual photography, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

6. **Storyboarding and Concept Development**: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for photo concepts and visual narratives. Develop storyboards and shot lists to guide the production process and facilitate communication with stakeholders.

7. **Research and Trends**: Stay informed about current trends, styles, and techniques in photography and visual storytelling. Incorporate new ideas and best practices into your work to maintain relevance and competitiveness in the industry.

8. **Post-production Management**: Manage and organize digital files effectively, ensuring proper archiving, storage, and retrieval. Maintain a consistent editing style and workflow to streamline the post-production process and maximize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including composition, lighting, exposure, and color theory.
- Advanced knowledge of photo editing software and techniques, with the ability to enhance and manipulate images while preserving their integrity and authenticity.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing project requirements, deadlines, and client preferences.
- A passion for visual storytelling and a creative mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and exceeding expectations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
- Experience working in studio environments, as well as on-location shoots.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies, such as studio lighting setups, tethered shooting, and medium or large format cameras.
- Knowledge of copyright laws, licensing agreements, and intellectual property rights related to photography.
